MY NAME IS AZITA AND I DIDN’T THINK THIS WAS FOR ME. MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MOVEMENT was ALWAYS FRUSTRATING. I NEVER FOUND A RUNNERS HIGH, I NEVER SWEATED AWAY MY STRESS. BASICALLY — ME EXERCISING? NO THANK YOU. THEN I FOUND PILATES. 

I LOVE CHALLENGING PEOPLE TO GET OUT OF THEIR MINDS AND INTO THEIR BODIES, BUILDING STRENGTH AND STABILITY THAT CARRIES PAST THEIR SESSION, IMPROVING HOW THEY MOVE THROUGHOUT THEIR DAYS.

I’M A CERTIFIED PILATES INSTRUCTOR FORMALLY TRAINED THROUGH BALANCED BODY UNDER A VARIETY OF INSTRUCTORS INCLUDING ROGER GONZALEZ HIBNER WHO WAS A STUDENT OF ROMANA KRYZANOWSKA, ONE OF THE PILATES ELDERS. I’VE WORKED WITH ALL KINDS OF BODIES FROM PEOPLE WHO WORK DESK JOBS TO PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES AND MODELS, HELPING PREVENT INJURIES, PROMOTE FASTER RECOVERIES, AND IMPROVE OVERALL PERFORMANCE BY CONNECTING THE MIND AND BODY THROUGH BREATH.

MY GOAL IS TO GET AWAY FROM THE EXCLUSIONARY “PILATES GIRLY” ATTITUDE AND SHOW YOU HOW TOGETHER WE CAN GET YOU TO FEEL YOUR BEST THROUGH MINDFUL MOVEMENTS. LET’S TRAIN TOGETHER!
